How a shift works

  1. Start the shift

    The driver starts the shift and enters the odometer reading.

  2. Record stops

    On arrival the app recognises the customer location. Add the number of roll cages, pallets and other load carriers, and that's it.

  3. Breaks

    Breaks start and stop with one tap and are counted automatically.

  4. End the shift

    Enter the final odometer reading and the complete shift is with planning.

  5. Weekly timesheet

    At the end of the week Truxa builds the weekly timesheet. Admin checks it and locks it.

Built for how transport really works

Works offline
No signal in a loading bay or tunnel? Everything is kept and sent as soon as there is a connection again.
Location recognition
Mark a customer location once as a circle or area. From then on the app knows where the driver is.
Load carriers
Roll cages, pallets, crates: you decide which load carriers are counted at each stop.
Nine languages
Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Lithuanian and Russian, in the app and in the admin panel.
Locked timesheets
Once approved, a week is fixed, so admin and driver look at the same numbers.
Roles and permissions
Drivers see their own shifts; planning and admin get exactly the access they need.

On the phone and in the browser

The driver app is coming to Android and iPhone. Planning and admin work in the browser, with nothing to install.
